Looking for a teeny OMC/OEC

Well, so my birthday IS in April, but I'll be flying off to do an exchange in March so I'm hoping to get my birthday present done before then...

As such, I'm on the lookout for a small OMC/OEC to mark my 21st birthday. I would ideally want it ~4mm, although slightly smaller works too. Whether it is loose or has been set does not matter, although if it is set in a ring it would be nice since the only jewelery I seem to cycle are my rings. My budget is about ~$200 dollars hopefully, although I do hope to go as low as I reasonably can, since I *do* have to pay for some part of the exchange.

I'm selling this one for $300. It's about 4mm and an early OEC, with faceting reminiscent of an OMC but the round shape of an OEC. Eye clean, appears about J/K in color, set in a sweet little two-tone ring (size 6.75). I'd rather keep it for myself than go much below $300 (what I paid for it), so it's above your budget, but perhaps you might have a little wiggle room? Message me through Loupe Troop if interested.

I have a .15ct so about 3.4mm that is currently set into an antique stick pin. It's on the Ebay auction block right now so not sure what the price will end up being, but right now it's only at $49, listing ends tomorrow around 6:30p.m.

Not sure if you have looked but I have noticed some lots on ebay with small OMC's and OEC's within your budget.
