Ok, I''m 25, and my girl and I have been together for 1 year. I want to get engaged (soon) and am trying to find out what I''m supposed to look for so I can find the best ring for my Leslie. I know she wants a princess or Emerald cut (probably Emerald) and I know she likes white gold, and nothing to big or tacky. So I was thinking about a single stone, Emrald cut, 1-1.25 ct ring. I don''t know anything about the different colors or clarities, or if there are price differences in cuts. Please, where do I start? I also should tell you I''m a college student, and money IS an issue. I love my Leslie, but I can''t afford to go overboard. Please help!!!
