Looking to Buy: used HPHT diamond

Hi all!!! My SO and I are on a tight budget (student loans), but we still want to try to find the right diamond for us. Is anyone selling, or have tips for finding, a used HPHT emerald cut diamond? Here's what we're looking for:

Emerald cut HPHT real diamond
Carat: 0.85-1.50
Clarity: IF-VS2
Color: D-H

What is your budget? You could buy a decent non high pressure high temperature ie a non messed with diamond which will retain it's resale value if you lower your colour and clarity specs.
