For Sale Loose paraiba, spinel, spess garnet

Turns out I went a bit crazy during COVID and bought too many loose stones. Whoops!

Got these from the lovely Desertrose. They are great, but I have far too many loose stones already and dont think I will set them anytime soon.

9 melee spinels, each 2.3mm.

Pair of spess garnet, each 5mm

2 paraiba. Marquise is .4ct (7.63x 3.52) and the oval is .27ct. (4.86x 3.91)

I would strongly prefer to sell them all at once, but will consider selling them separately if there is interest.

Total cost for all is $1150

I have another mandarin/spess garnet that I'll add to this post later, but it will be sold separately. I will make LT links asap.

I would have to figure out a price for the oval paraiba, since I bought all at once I never got a price for it alone. I might ship to the UK if the buyer paid for shipping and there was an understanding that I am not responsible for anything that happens once its sent, as I worry about mail delays or other issues out of my control.

Selling because my loose stone collection is embarassing haha. And because I feel like I impulsively bought all the 'neon' stones I could when the pandemic started because I was sad--not because I had projects in mind or because I actually needed/wanted them. I'm trying to be more intentional with purchases rather than hoarding all the pretty loose stones. Obviously I am failing!

I'm not at all embarrassed about my own collection of loose stones, although I suspect I could be called crazy for my own gem collecting habits. I'm hoarding for the reason that one day soon I may have to stop and buy a house... Just not yet.

Adding the 1.89ct precision cut spess garnet. It's super bright neon orange. Dont have exact dimensions on hand but I can get approx dimensions with calipers if there is interest.

Just a heads up, shipping from europe to Aus and USA took 5 weeks. Flat envelope mail that didn't need to clear customs is fine, but anything that needs a customs declaration went dark for 4 weeks before tracking updated with any info. Apparently this is the new normal.
