Hi all!

I recently lost my wedding band (no biggie, $35 tungsten), and I'm thinking about replacements. I really, really like this:

Here are a couple of reservations I have -

Size: The tungsten band I had slipped off in the ocean, and it was a size 9.5. I always thought it was a tiny bit big, but I guess I underestimated! Anyways, I figured I would order a size 9 now, but I'm wondering if that would be too small. There are times during the spring and summer that my tungsten band felt like it fit pretty well, and I would hate this one to feel super tight during those same times. Plus my previous band was 5mm, so I'm not sure how sizing is affected when you add width to a band.

Weight: Anybody have experience with cobalt chrome weighing more than tungsten? I play guitar so rings are sometimes an issue.

Does anybody have this specific ring? Would love to hear some opinions on it..

Any other suggestions about my "reservations" would be great!

Thanks!

I don't carry that brand of ring, but I do make them from scratch. I would recommend a size 9.25 in this case. Width does play a little part in the fit, but not much unless the width is very wide. The rings can actually be stretched a bit if necessary. Tungten carbide does weigh more than cobalt chrome and cannot be stretched. The cobalt chrome will be a lot whiter in color than the tungsten you are used to.
