hello everyone. been a while since i have had time to post. i just couldnt pass up sharing this however! not every day that you get a condo video tour like this!

FYI: you will need a high speed connection!

A 6600 sqft duplex aparment on Park Ave, in one of the swankest areas in New York City. If you can''t afford the $26 Million asking price, live in it for the next three minutes. watch movie

gasp!

You''d have to pay me that much to move uptown ;)

Seriously, that is a fine pad. If money was no object, though, I''d prefer a 3000 sq ft + loft in one of those converted stables in the far West Village. I am such a sucker for triple height ceilings and openness :D

darn! I only have $25 million

Hey... how did you get a film of my apartment?!

How have you been... gone for a long time?

Don''t get me wrong, I''d take it. But what is with the tidal wave engraving or ''spray snow'' art on those french doors? Even though there are Asian sculptures and artwork in the home, the doors just look cheesy to me.

Sevens, do you want to borrow the other million and change? Where is my purse?

And I''m ROTFL...starset...I was like WOW...but what''s with the tsunami door?

I would take it and sell it and buy lots of diamonds.

Hot damn I''ve gotta be better about getting those lottery tickets.

Now...if only had $26 million lying around???

Nan after I win the powerball tomorrow you can have all that and then some!!!![$$)]

Eh.. it''s nice.. But I would take a 4 bd 3 bath with a playroom, sunroom and covered back deck with a jacuzzi and a nice fenced in yard for 300,000 or less over that place any day..

I agree. We moms think alike. I''d rather live in the suburbs with a nice big yard, and swing-set, and everything you said above.

Although, that Park St. duplex would be a cool retreat away from our kids and nanny (as if) for mom and dad.

I''ll just take the kitchen.

Me too JCJD I loved the kitchen!!! Wonder if it comes with your own personal chef??

Lost, diamonds on the brain?
That''s one cool construction, would be much nicer without that boring building on the background though.

ETA - I'm not meaning to offend. . .I'm just a bit overopinionated about houses! lol

I'm not impressed and I wouldn't pay $25 mill for a townhouse. That's insane. I love a pretty house to look at, both inside and out, and I'm not into the cold look of that particular building. Also, the brass on the stair case reminds me of a hotel, not a super-over priced NY Townhouse!

And, as another mom among the ladies here, I too would rather have a nice back yard (which I have now) that I can go into and play and keep my kids active in.

Can you imagine the commission the realtor who sells that puppy will get!

Normal commission for NYC brokers is 6%. I''d take that!

Nice pad! But i''m with Ursula, with that kind of money, I"d have a brownstone or a stable house in the Village, backyard and all. Or in Brooklyn Heights, right on the promenade, with a few million to spare.

well, I''d take it.............
