Loupe Troop malfunctioning?

Is anybody else missing messages from LT? I just got a message from a lovely PS'r I'd sold to before, e-mailing me directly to say she'd pinged me, but I never received it ... and I'm concerned I might have missed others! Just me?

It's not, two people have sent me messages through Loupe Troop and I haven't received them. I sent them an email yesterday. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!

I couldn't get messages yesterday for my listing. I wrote LT but have not heard back...

It's apparently taking the weekend off. Look in the emerald ring, the ceylon sapphire, and the hand forged plat setting threads and you'll see several of us trying to get messages to sellers and sellers not getting them. Hopefully they get it fixed quick.

I made a PS identity email address and I post that at the bottom of any listing with spaces between the beginning and end. Such as this imaginary example:


mothersday @ today.com

That way people can contact me directly.
