Loupetroop password reset

Has anyone been able to reset their password? I got a new phone and of didn’t have the password written down. I did get an email with a link to reset but received an error message at that link. I emailed [email protected] and it was returned. I’d just make another account but I have current listings. Any ideas?

I'm in the same predicament! Chrome won't let me go to the reset page that's emailed and I've tried emailing both [email protected] and [email protected] only to get bounced back emails saying they failed. I don't know how else to get in touch to fix the situation because I too have listings.

Did you use your old iPhone or iPad to auto sign in to Loupetroop? If so, try looking up the password. Go to Setting, Passwords and scroll down to the appropriate website. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that. I ended up guessing about 100 times to find the right password. But it’s troubling that the reset function doesn’t work and that no one is monitoring emails.

Here's what I found that works for me. I opened up a browser that I have NOT tried resetting my LT password with (e.g., Microsoft Edge). Then I signed into my email account that's link to my LT account. Requested a password reset. Went back to my email and clicked on the reset link. Then created a new password.

I found using a browser that had no memory of LT was the only way for the reset password link to work. No idea why, but that's how I was able to get back into LT finally.
