After quitting smoking, I gained a lot of weight.

I decided to do something when I weighed ... 242 pounds.
After 1 month low GI diet and 1h30 of walking 5 times a week, today I weigh 208 pounds.

I feel so much better!
And I don''t have cravings!

Congratulations on your progress!

Thank you!

I am a weight watcher and they focus on filling foods and I notice the less processed/packaged foods I eat and more whole grain, fruits and veggies and lean meats the better I feel and don't crave as much. That is interesting on not craving so I do agree from what I eat (less carbs and processed foods) the less I crave. Yay for walking; I love walking too!

Thank you all!
@isaku5: GI is glycemic index.

Thanks so much for clarifying that, Stephen. You can see how far out of the loop I really am.

Congratulations again!!
