Hello all,
I previously purchased a whole bunch of 1.5mm Luc Yen cobalt spinel melee from Yvonne Raley. In Tucson this year, she found another small parcel in larger sizes, so I grabbed all she had left (I'm cooking up what I hope will be a fun project).
I have now put together the stones I need for my ring, and have 10 of the 1.5mm stones left over. They weigh about .02ct. each, for an approximate total combined weight of .20ct. They are a bright true blue - absolutely zero green or teal modifiers. They are also eye clean and well-matched for color and size... super scarce and super valuable. I bought these guys for $8,000 per carat. I'm not sure if Yvonne even has any left, but I certainly haven't seen them anywhere else. I am only looking to recoup $5,000 per carat, for a total price of $1,000. Payment would be via Paypal friends and family. Thanks for looking!
