Magnificent Semi Black Opal Ring - Interest?

This is my pride and joy BUT I have an extravagant purchase pending.
This is a BIG ring, the oval Australian semi black opal is around 15 carats (estimated by size) and set in 18ct Yellow Gold.
It is a Vintage ring, I’ve owned it 25 years.
Weighs a hefty 18 grams.
The colour play is fabulous, it shows a massive orange broad flash even when in low light, very hard to photograph. Red and Orange are the premium colours in Opal as they take the longest to develop in the crystal.
Also green, blue, yellow, pink and purple.
It’s hard to find large size semi black opals these days, top quality material is rare and most top gems are whisked off to Asian markets without anyone else getting a look in.
Size 7 and easily resizable.
