Mahenge spinel set by Jewels by Erica Grace

I purchased an amazing hot reddish pink Mahenge spinel from GemBuriOnline last spring. It weighs 1.73 carats and is from a relatively new mine in Tanzania. This stone just leaps off the finger! It has no treatments and is certed by AIGS labs.

I waited quite a while to decide how best to set it. I was torn between a beautiful platinum Leon with two stepped baguettes on either side or to go with the Kylie halo (Harry Winston inspired) by Jewels by Erica Grace. Ultimately I made the very wise decision to go with Erica and Grace.

I have worked with the ladies before, and I have to tell everyone that they manage to make every client they have feel like the only one in the world!! These women would move the sun to make a client happy. From design CADs, to wondering about melee size, to metal decision, to getting a caviar ring on a bologna budget, I'm confident there is no one on this planet who will work harder for you than these two amazing women!!!

So, enough about my opinions, SHOW ME THE RING!!! This is a palladium setting , size 8 for my big sausage fingers. The fish tail/v-cut pave on the shank are 1.5pts with 1 pointers on the basket. All melee are single cut and shoot of sparkles like I cannot believe!!

Uppy, it really came out stunning and perfect. I'm particularly impressed by the halo perfectly following the shape of the stone. It's extremely well done. (I'm secretly happy that you didn't go with Leon because of one of our ladies' dissatisfaction with her halo not following the exact shape of her stone). Your ring is really gorgeous.
