Maria''s Bridal in Rochester?

Anybody been there?? it's a bit of a drive for me to get there, but they have the designer I'm interested in, so that makes it worth it. I don't want to go though if the service is absolutely awful and dress selection bad. It looks ok, but there's nothing like customer referrals

I'm only on this side of the state for another week and then its back to school and I won't have time to do much other than study

so if possible I'd like to get in one more 'dress shopping' experience

ETA: if anyone has a Maggie Sottero dress I'd like to hear your thoughts on them, thanks!

I haven''t been to Maria''s, but I do have a Maggie dress that I bought in Ann Arbor at Darling Bridal Showcase. I have had a phenomenal experience there, and the seamstress rocks. I love my Maggie.. her stuff is gorgeous and my dress was reallly comfortable.

I do too Bridal in Plymouth was also awesome when I was looking for a particular Maggie Dress.

thanks so much elledizzy5! I''ll have to check out those places too. It''s just finding the time! Summer is usually when things slow down for me, but they pick up for the people I''d like to go dress shopping with (aka, my mom and two sisters

) hopefully something will turn up during this trip... fingers crossed!!

I went to Maria''s while I was dress shopping and had a great experience. The woman helping me out was really nice and they do allow pictures. I have heard not so good things about their alterations though. Their dress prices do include alterations, except for the bustle. Have fun shopping!
