Long-time listener, first time caller. I spent the past year or so looking for the perfect ring for my girlfriend, and this week proposed with a beautiful ring from Maytal Hannah! Wanted to share her amazing work.
After a ton of research (and back and forth emails with multiple designers), I had some serious decision paralysis. I decided to just go with my gut, and I'm so glad I went with Maytal on the setting! I had no idea what I was doing, but Maytal was incredibly patient with me. She showed me multiple diamonds and example settings over the course of FIVE MONTHS, and even drove out to show me some in person! She really understood how big of a decision this was for me and it seemed like she actually cared about what was the right decision for me (rather than being salesy) - she was never pushy in the slightest, even when I ultimately decided to source a 2.98ct stone on my own!
I had let her know what designs I liked, and she shared some designs she had made in the past and made recommendations based on what fit my tastes. In the end, from the time I passed off the diamond to her to the time I got it, it took about a month and a half (despite how busy she has been), and she gave me plenty of updates in the meantime! Very pleasant from my initial interactions with her to the end (over nearly a year given my indecisiveness).
I am so happy I took her suggestions - she really delivered, and the ring is absolutely stunning! Best yet, my (now) fiancée loved it!!!
