I found Maytal when going through some of the pricescope threads. I sourced an emerald diamond for my 10 year anniversary and was trying to figure out what to do with it. The reviews for Maytal all mentioned how positive their experience was so I decided to reach out through her website.
She responded right away and was very easy to communicate with. I was all over the place with my ideas for a design and she helped give me feedback and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. It was nice to have that flexibility as this is my first time ever making anything custom.
I eventually settled on a cathedral setting with a double edged halo, and diamonds 3/4 down the shank. I also went back and decided to add some milgrain as a nod to my original Tacori engagement ring that had milgrain. I will be picking it up soon.
Maytal’s customer service was the best and it was great to work with her. I’m so excited to pick up my ring soon! Pictures to follow.
