#JOTW Merelani mint garnet ring

I already posted this in the CS forum but, just in case you don’t venture over there, I wanted to post it here too. Besides, I’m really excited and the more people I can share with the better.

Many of you probably already know of this ring from Jocelyn at Gilded Lane but it's mine now so I feel like gloating a bit. It's a freaking gorgeous Merelani mint garnet set with old cut diamonds in a beautiful rose gold setting. I just love that minty glow and I've drooled over it since the day she had it made by the awesome David Klass. I feel so, so, so lucky to be able to call it mine!

Oooh it's very very nice. Those colors are stunning and all that amazing detail on the bezel makes it slightly - to my eyes anyway - reminiscent of a Roman ring. All of your other pieces seem to have a very modern feel to me so this is a lovely contrast but the popping colors tie it together with the rest of your collection.
