Micromosaic ring from Victorian time

I found this ring in an antique jewelry shop. The owner said it’s coming from Italy, from the Victorian’s time and it’s mircromosaic…

Unfortunately I don’t have better picture about it. But I would like to ask, if the price what he said for it is fair or not? (380 USD)

Can you share what materials it is made from?

Mosaic jewelry is very fragile. The tiny pieces tend to fall out. I would buy earrings or a necklace, but I would hesitate to buy a ring if I wanted to wear it often.
