Morganite, diamond and rose gold earrings!

These are a very belated birthday gift that I got myself with the birthday money I received back in August - I was looking for a pair of morganite, diamond and rose gold earrings, and I finally found them - on QVC of all places!!

The specs are: 2.65 cttw morganite, 1/8 ct tw diamond studs in 14K rose gold. I also have to add that they were only $225 - what a total steal!!!

So so so beautiful and what a fantastic deal!

I had decided to stay away from gems on TV but now that I have seen these beauties, I may develop a chronic gemTV watching/shopping problem.

Were you nervous and just take a chance or did you have a good idea that they would be as gorgeous as they are?? Just curious how you were able to make such a wise purchase?

eta - oh, oh, oh - Idea!! ... maybe Coati will let you wear her fabulous Morganite ring for the sake of matching your earrings, right??? Coati??!

You know, I''ve ordered morganite from JTV before, but I returned them, because I didn''t love them. When I saw these on QVC, they looked really gorgeous, and I read the customer reviews on the website. People really seemed to love them, and they have a great return policy, so I figured I would give them a try. They are so beautiful! What I like best is that the morganites aren''t so pale that they''re almost clear, like some others I have seen - they are a rich peachy-pink color - they look like pink diamonds to me! I am so pleasantly surprised - who would have thought you could find something that nice from QVC?

wow, I''d never have believed it from QVC! Although I''m a gemstv nut and love watching it to see what sort of things they have, I''ve never ordered anything ( for some reason all the stuff I like is still about 5k, even after their discounts.....) but those earrings are lovely.....hmm..... and I bet I''m not the only one who went straight onto the QVC website! £171....hmm.....maybe....
