My “new to me” stormy spinel ring

So I have been obsessing about getting a gray spinel ring lately. I remembered seeing a beautiful halo one that @NKOTB had for sale a few years ago. I contacted her in the off chance that she still had it, but it was long gone. But she said she had another ring she might be willing to part with. It was more of a blue spinel but definitely had some gray to it. She sent me some videos and it was just gorgeous! I couldn’t help myself and had to get it. And I’m so glad I did!! It is the coolest, moodiest stone that I find beautiful in almost every light. Outside it tends to be the most amazing blue/gray color. Inside is more silvery gray to medium gray but still with tons of sparkle. Reminds me of a disco ball. And the cutting is phenomenal and it is sooooo clean.

You nailed it!! I thought I wanted just light silvery gray. But this metallic gorgeous blue/gray that is forever changing is amazing and perfect for me! It’s my first spinel and I’ve never seen anything like it
