Here is my latestring from Sally at Hearts of Water! Thanks for the inspiration from Freefly who kindly let me adapt my own ring from her awesome desi
The centre stone is a 1.72 Blue Zircon sourced by Sally and the sides are wihite zircons (unsure of the weight0>
It looks good so can''t wait to have it in my hand.

Wow, lovely! Quite unusual, in a good way! Two-tone metal looks nice with that shade of blue.

Very pretty! I like the gallery on it, and overall it''s just a very cool look that isn''t often seen. Thanks for sharing!

wow, I am impressed. Sally did a lovely job on your ring!

Wow, that ring is stunning, and I love the workmanship, in particular the bezel work. She''s very talented if she can do such wonderful bezel work on a soft stone like zircon.

That is fabulous Kate! I can''t wait to see it on your hand! I really like the 2tone!

Looks beautiful!

It''s stunning! I''m a big fan of zircons for their brilliance and fire, not to mention that pretty soft blue color. Sally nailed the setting as usual. She should turn that into a stock design; it''s really classic looking.

Gorgeous!!!! I love that setting and it looks phenomenal with your stone!

Why do you say "soft stone like zircon"?

My understanding (and all the websites I check) is that Zircon is 7 -7.5 Mohs. (occasionally I see it described as 6.5 - 7.5)

Would you say the same if it was an Emerald, Aquamarine, Tourmaline, Garnet, Amythest, Citrine etc which all have a Mohs rating between 7 - 7.5 also

I know zircon can be a bit brittle, but so can any of the Beryl family, - brittle isnt the same as soft

I saw that one on her web page - totally swoon-worthy!

That turned out gorgeous! .... and you are right, zircon can be brittle but they are a little harder than some people give them credit for. Wear it and enjoy it in good health!

ETA: The fact that you have it in a bezel setting makes it even more protected. I have a blue zircon ring that is set with a 4 prong setting. I have accidently hit it on a few things a few times and my blue zircon is totally fine!!! Not that you should''nt be cautious while wearing it....but they really are tougher than we give them credit for!

Amazing. Very unique.

Beautiful ring, the zircon is so bright!

Oohh, that''s gorgeous! I love it!

Gorgeous ring! i''m a huge fan of 2 tone!

Such a pretty and feminine setting, from the rope work to add interest and the little “bumpy wrap” at the 2 ends to mimic the antique look. BTW, does anyone know what’s the proper term for that “bumpy wrap” thing?

It''s SO pretty!!!!!!!!!
