My aquamarine, better late than never

Hi guys, I got this aquamarine many years ago - it was actually a gift from my uncle for graduation... from high school! (7 years ago!).

He bought the stone for me when I was like 4, and let me pick out the setting when I was a senior. I guess the stone is over 2 carats, but I don''t know for sure. Its probably not the best aquamarine based on the color, etc but I love it nonetheless.

The ring is a size 6 in white and yellow gold.

The ''body'' of the ring is in white gold, and those little posts in between the aquamarine are in 14K yellow gold. Its getting kinda old so the contrast is not quite as strong. Also, I had the prongs tightened and you can see they are no longer even!

The original design for this ring had a trillion tanzanite in it, and they modified the setting for my oval
