My friends organized a surprise bachelorette party for me in Las Vegas in February. All I knew was the date and that we were staying at the Venetian.

One of my friends arrived from New York before the Los Angeles crew. She brought a few surprises with her, including this sweatshirt: http://store.weddingish.com/doduho.html

There''s a patch that says "soon to be" but after you get married you cut off the patch and it says "just married" underneath. I wore the sweatshirt on the airplane to our honeymoon.

The room was decorated with a custom sign....

My friend brought yummy mini cupcakes from Crumbs..

and she also brought bachelorette plates, napkins and a special glass for me

I got a Ms. America style sash with "Future Mrs. K" to wear out at night...

My friends also got me a bachelorette tiara and veil. Note: The guy in the picture is some random guy we met at Tao in Vegas. Him and his friends invited us to thier table and we all got along. We ended up staying out really late with them. The second night they took us to The Foundation Room and then to XS.

Can you see the nametags in the picture? When we went out at night, we all wore nametags. We all were The Anitas. So, one of us was Anita Lay, one was Anita Drink, one was Anita Man, etc. The raunchiness of the name depended on if the girl was single or not!

Our dinner the first night was at Fix. not all of my friends knew each other, so as a way to break the ice, we had a roast. My friends all had to come up with the most embarrasing story they had about me.

Looks like fun- ESPECIALLY love the hoodie!

what a fun trip!! more details!! :)

There''s no good bachelorette party ideas here, but it''s a funny story. The second night, one of my friends, S, didn''t want to go to sleep. So she went to the casion to gamble. She met a guy there who started winning hands when she sat next to him, so he begged her not to go. They became "gambling partners".

When we woke up at 11 in the morning, S wasn''t in the room. I was worried as I assumed she had gone to a guys room! I called her and she told me that she was still in the casino, and asked if we could all be at the spa in an hour for facials and massages!! I was very confused. S and her gambling partner had been in the casino all night and had won...a lot! S booked facials and massages for all of us with part of her winnings. She surprised us when she came back to the room by making it rain money! ha!

S had been unable to pay for some things on the trip, so she wanted to make up for it. She surely did! This is some of us at Canyon Ranch

My friends who went to my bachelorette are all at different places in life...a few are married with kids, a few are engaged, a few are single. Most of us have busy lives and do not party often at home. We all agreed to go crazy this trip, starting things off with drinking on the airplane.

The flight from LA to Vegas is only an hour, and there was some turbulance, so the flight attendants decided to only serve limited drink options (no alcohol!). S told the male flight attendant that it was my bachelorette party, so he have us all free screwdrivers!!

I''m happy to post more pictures and tell you all the places we went to in Vegas--let me know if you''re interested!!!

Looks like so much fun! It sounds like you all had a blast, and how cool that she won and was willing to share some of her winnings for all of you to have a spa day. Vegas is such a perfect place for a bachelorette party!

Aw! How cute and sweet!

Love love love the Venetian. I stay there a couple time''s a year thanks to my FIs gambling (we get our rooms comped) That''s where I''m having my bachelorrette party too.

So how was Xs?

What a fun trip!

Ah!!!! I am having a small bachelorette party in Vegas at the end of July as well. Only 4 girls and me.

I hope someone makes it rain money in our room! WHOOOO! Congratulations on having (and cultivating) such wonderful friends.

My mom always used to tell me that my girlfriends were the most important relationships to strengthen and I am so glad she did, because my girlfriends are AMAZING! It looks like yours are, too! How fun!

Looks like you had a fab time! Glad you enjoyed it.

Thqnks so much for the comments everyone!! I am blessed to have such great friends.

WannaBMrsH, let me know if you have any Vegas questions. I''ve been about a dozen times and love it!!!

Diamond confused, Xs was really fun, but as you probably know, the "in" clubs change very often. The "in" clubs in the summer are the outdoor pool clubs. You may get approached at the airport by promoters who want to put you on their list. Do it, You have nothing to lose, you don''t have to show up at thier club. A lot of promoters also will tell you about promotions at thier club, such as free open bar for ladies before 11. Also, the concierge ar your hotel may have passes for clubs. Lastly, walk to the front of the line like you own the place. Tell the bouncer you''re in Vegas for a bachelorette party. He shouldn''t have you stand in line.

Our Vegas clubbing experience was odd, to say the least. The first night, we went to dinner at Fix (yum!), and then decided to go to Tao (in our hotel), expecting to go to XS after. First of all, people LOVE bachelorette parties. I didn''t pay for a drink all weekend! Random guys bought me drinks. Heck, another girl was there for her bachelorette party and pulled me over to her table. She told me to pick a shot so we could drink togeather and celebrate!

Many of my friends are very social. After about an hour in Tao, we met this group of guys. I was talking to one of them, and we figured out that he went to law school with one of my best friends. The group of guys invited us upstairs to their table, and we danced and partied up there all night. They got out number and invited us to the Foundation Room at House of Blues the next night (it''s members only, so we needed to go with them).

The next night, we had a more casual dinner at the mexican restaurant at our hotel, and then met the guys in the lobby to go to The Foundation Room with them. TFR was really cool, it''s morrocan themed and on the top floor of Mandalay Bay, so it has a view of the whole strip. After we were done there, we went to XS.

These guys got tables everywhere, paid for all of our cabs, drinks etc....One of the guys, M, had been asking me to set him up with one of my friends at home, K. He asked me about 5 times, gave me 2 business cards, and made me promise to set him up. So we got home....and he never called me to set him up!!!!!

Anyway,....any other questions, let me know!
