It''s been awhile since I''ve been on PS, but I just had to come and share pics of my new Whiteflash pendant!
Last year, I''d been browsing posts about bezel pendants (posts by kcoursolle, mara, and tandogmom come to mind) and just knew I had to get one. I was going to go with Blue Nile after seeing kcoursolle''s lovely pendant (also thinking I''d save some money). I started researching after I got an e-mail for $100 off a diamond from BlueNile. Surprisingly, the price of the bezel setting had gone up almost 2x as much as it was last year (from what I remember)! So, I decided to e-mail Whiteflash and see what they had. They were able to get me a stock Stuller setting (like the BN setting) for less $$ than their own stock bezel setting. The setting plus the ACA I bought actually ended up costing less than it would have been going with BN (even with the coupon)! I was extremely happy to go with Whiteflash, at a less expensive price, and getting an ACA to boot.
I worked with Chris, who was very helpful and prompt in responding. In fact, everyone I talked to/e-mailed from Whiteflash was very helpful and responsive.
Anyway... on to the pics (sorry, my camera isn''t the best). I asked them to thin out the bezel as much as possible, but I''m not sure if they could get it much thinner, since it''s a very small setting. When I received the pics, I thought "HOLY MOLY, that bezel is YOOGE!". But then I realized it was highly magnified (ha ha).
The diamond is a 0.321 ACA, I SI1.
