I’d like to share some pics of my e- ring (it’s with dear BF already). I found out about BGD from Pricescope so I really want to share this with you guys! I haven’t seen the ring yet because I’m still overseas but I’ll be back in the US soon.
Pictured below is a 1.30 I VS2 diamond in a Tiffany-style Knife Edge setting. The diamond appears warm on the pic but my bf (and Lesley) assured me that it faces up white. I LOVE this ring already; seeing the pictures made me want to take the next flight back.
I really loved working with Brian and Lesley! Their website says “Brian Gavin Diamonds- A Personalized Diamond Experience” and I think it sums it up marvelously. Lesley has been prompt with all sorts of communication; I specifically liked that she personally picks up the phone whenever I call. She answers emails even at 2 am and I could expect a reply within minutes of sending her a message. I’m sure they get a lot of messages/inquiries/orders everyday (there are new BGD posts/pics/CADs here on PS almost daily) but they manage with only Lesley on the computer and on the phone. I’ve dealt with other two other online vendors (drop-shippers) before I was steered to BGD and the difference is night and day in terms of customer service.
Brian also talked with my boyfriend (who’s a TOTAL diamond dummy btw) regarding diamonds when we were deciding on which to get. I think Brian gave him a crash course because after that conversation he started having a lot of opinions (LOL!) and he got very much into it. Brian also does the photography. He’s a master photographer too, LOL. When I first checked their blog it was the pictures of those beautiful diamonds that got me contacting Lesley.
I think Brian and Lesley works too hard! They always make themselves available and I really feel that they’re devoting so much of their time and of their selves to their clients. I think they’re the team to beat!
I''ll stop now! I realize this is "Show me the Ring" not "Pour your Heart Out!"
Gotta wait for a year more for the wedding bands! I’m thinking 5-stone. Can’t wait!
