Hey Diamond Aficionados,
So Chloe from JP sent me these really awesome videos, without me even asking for them! She mentioned they would be doing this as a service for allot more new diamonds after they upgraded their imaging/analysis facilities. That's the gist I got anyway. I don't know if anyone else has received/posted these in the past. I thought I'd share anyway, as I haven't seen them before, and I think they're really cool.
Chloe has gone on a well deserved holiday for the next few days so, even though she said she would respond anyway, I didn't want to bother her with silly questions.
In the mean time though, I would really like some help with interpreting the videos/images. I'm almost sure that the fire video displays evidence that the decagon I purchased, is possessed by ghosts and/or spirits!

These white "spirit dots" appear all throughout the ~1m video, in different places around the diamond, popping in and out of existence as if to try and communicate something...
It all makes sense to me now, why they conduct the tests they do. It's not to analyse "cut quality" or "light performance" it's to figure out which ghosts/spirits they have managed to trap within their stones! In the Decagon FAQ video Paul mentions that there are secrets to the facet structure of the Decagon.. Now I think I know it wasn't for so called "virtual facets" or to create "Extreme reactivity". It was to allow spirits/ghosts to enter the labyrinth that is the decagon, bounce around, and not be able to leave! I think this is the real reason why the decagon performs the way it does.
I would really like to know which spirits/ghosts are most likely to be inhabiting the decagon. Luckily the other analysis videos seem to be designed to narrow down the potential ethereal suspects!

My girlfriend absolutely loves Christmas! I know it would make her so so happy if I could let her know, based on expert diamond imaging, analysis and opinion, that at least some of the spirits where likely to be Santa/Christmas related.
Below are two seperate Santa/Christmas spirit analysis videos named "ASET tilt?". Im pretty sure ASET stands for Anomalous - Spirit - Examination - Tool. I'll have to confirm this with Chloe when she gets back.
Similar video below, I don't really understand the difference.
Also a pic for those of you who are unable to watch videos.
Unfortunately, based on my non-expert eyes there is simply too much blue, enough red, almost enough green and not nearly enough white. I would have thought, if there were Santa spirits, they would produce a ratio containing more white like that in the reference picture below.
This is just based on what I can see, keep in mind I'm no expert on how these tilty spirit videos work. Maybe the colours need to be inverted or something? Creative interpretation very welcome.

The next video seems to be one that is designed to screen out diamonds that have negative or evil spirits trapped within them.
Thankfully I don't see any "darkfield" spirits or ghosts trying to escape. I know JP's quality control is top notch and they don't allow things that detract from the diamonds light performance anyway. Again if any PS users with knowledge can comment I would greatly appreciate it, I don't really know what I'm looking at.

This one appears to be a video displaying the positive spirits bouncing around the stone creating that magical sounding "3-4 shades brighter than a 57 facet SIC round" effect.
Again I really do have no idea what I'm looking at.

She also sent through this html 360 viewer thing that I can't seem to figure out how to link - I don't know how they use this for spirit stuff but I thought someone on here might know, or at the very least find it interesting.

So I can say with certainty the spirits don't appear to be "dark". I'm still not sure about Santa/Christmas spirits. This is simply wild speculation based on the very limited information available, but I'll try to list some etherial suspects that seem plausible to me.
1- Freyja/Frigg
The Decagon is one of the only diamonds with love hearts visible "face up", that I know of.
This may have attract the attention of love related etherial entities such as the Norse god Frigg/Freyja. I'm also getting heart shaped prongs on the ring so this may compound the attractive effect. I think Freyjas energy would still be very widespread, as many in the modern world still worship her, although unknowingly, on her name-day Frigg/Freyja-day -> Friday..
Maybe also Cupid? I think the Freyja/Cupid spirit ratio would be skewed toward Freyja as cupid is only worshiped one day per year, whereas Freya is every Friday.
2- Tolkowski etherial beings
As far as I know the Decagons all get cut in Belgium. This was where the Tolkowskis were from. I would like to think that the etherial Tolkowski beings would be rather interested in the decagon. Around the time my decagon was cut they also would have been cutting the first Novas, only compounding the attractive appeal of the location. It's not much of a stretch to think they could be responsible for at least some of the decagons sparkle. Again I'm no expert on historical Belgian diamond cutters/scientists so I can't be sure.
3- God(s) of Diwali - Lakshmi?
Singapore officially celebrates the Hindu festival of lights, Diwali, with a national holiday. They had a big street festival 2 Mondays ago if I remember correctly. Chloe, going the extra mile, chose to do "back to back" video calls with clients ALL DAY instead of having the day off. There would have been very strong Lakshmi energies in the vicinity of the decagon. The Dewali gods/goddesses possibly confused all the people around, and the sparkle of all the diamonds, with some sort of worship offering and in the process may have got a bit too close..
Golly gosh I wish I knew more about this spirit stuff. My family was Mormon growing up, but we stopped going to church after that South-park episode came out. For some context, here's a song from the musical that has its roots in that episode. If anyone can think of any creative links to other spirits/ghosts I would greatly appreciate the insight.

I don't know if I've missed any major groups of etherial being or am just interpreting the analysis videos wrong. I thought, at least if I know the names of some of the entities, I can try to invoke them if I ever needed to. I'm sure my girlfriend would also like to know, from the experts, which spirits are blessing(?) her ring. I can also imagine this would be particularly handy if the stone ever appears to be less sparkly than usual. Perhaps I could simultaneously clean the stone while chanting invocations for maximum sparkle restoration effectiveness. Perhaps even a duel use cleaning station/shrine or nightstand/shrine?
Anyway, I hope some of you at least find this interesting!
