hope you like them!
sooooo happy they are finished!

the paper, ribbon, envelopes, and labels are all from paper source and are in colors curry, cement, and soft white.
the main text (everything in black) was printed with my little, inexpensive laser printer. all the accent text and graphics (meaning all the plus signs) were screen printed with my gocco.
the patterned papper is from paper source (the yellow) and the other is a ''snow and graham'' paper (the gray) that i bought at a gift shop but can also be found online.

thanks to every one who helped me brain storm on "---- + ----" sets!!
as seen here: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/love-marriage.87680/

lots of pictures... here we go...

okay, that first picture was an overview, but lets start from the beginning....
here is the envelope.

(this is one i just made up for us to keep, but normally there would be an address on that label... an a stamp -- just didn''t want you to think that was an inner envelope)

Great job, I wish I was that good at DIY stuff!

heres on showing how that half moon looking thing you see from the front with our "m+m" on it, is actually another round label that folds over to the back.

...and once it folds over to the back, it becomes the envelope sealer/return address label.

and here it is emerging from the envelope...
(this picture is so unnecessary - hah)

ta-da!
page one.

2008.8 Wedding Invites 030.jpg

a closer look.
(the yellow looks flat here, but its actually metallic-y -- as you can better see on the previous picture)

last page one picture

Ooh I love the ribbon!

flip the page and ...surprise... polka dots : )

okay, this is page 2.
it has directions and a little map.

the goccoing (screen printed plus signs and the larger m+m in the middle) looks a little crazy here, but it was first done in the same gold from page 1, and then overlaid, slightly offset, in white.

third, and final, page.
this has the hotel booking info and the detachable rsvp postcard.

2008.8 Wedding Invites 038.jpg

the perforation to rip off the rsvp card.

2008.8 Wedding Invites 044.jpg

and lastly, a back view.
(including the rsvp card to be pulled off and mailed back)

ooops. i lied... one more thing!
our stamps!!

we are using the Eames stamps.
i looooove them.
they are so perfect for us!

(and the .27 return card stamps are halved fruits)

CUTE! They are fabulous.

@ jcrow:
yes, we did the perforation ourselves and it was very, very easy.
i just used my perforating "cutter bee bug"
its a little scrap booking tool and only costs about $4.
you just need a ruler to guide it and it''s very easy.

here''s a picture of the little guy.
it''s small- about the length of my middle finger.
