My E-Ring... Yellow Sapphire Halo!!!!

Well I got THE ring yesterday... and I have been lurking on this forum for a while waiting for the day until I could post mine

Well here is my new YELLOW pet rock....

Oh, and the most important thing...

... the specs:

2.43 ct Yellow Sapphire (No signs of heat treatment)

2.13 tcw of diamonds (the largest diamonds are .15ct each)
A total of 170 diamonds!

Please let me know what you think... I have been admiring all of your beauties for a while....

I was just looking at some of those close ups... and there are black specs in the diamonds... but they are eyeclean... hmmm maybe the camera???

Oh well.... They were marked as F-I in color and VS to SI... so could be possible.

It's beautiful! As for the spots, they could just be little dark reflecting points? If you can't see them with the loupe that's probably what they are. I really love the yellow sapphire. Just beautiful!

Ok, where did you find it, or have it created.. who is that gorgeous setting by and where ever did you find that magnificent yellow sapphire?!

It was made by a jeweler from the L.A. Jewelry District (but he has a store that is local to me, so we didnt have to go to downtown LA... thank god) and the ring was displayed as a semi mount. We told the jeweler that we wanted a yellow unheated sapphire and he came back with the one you see in the ring.
