My ERing is finally READY! (many pics!)

After our sweet and romantic engagement on New Year''s Eve, My boyfriend and I started designing a perfect e-ring for me; and here it is finally on my finger!

With three beautiful EC diamonds selected (1.10, 0.46, 0.47, H, VVS2-VS1), the key was the setting which we designed together. Our goal was to combine Leon''s elegant fluid design with Morrell''s substantial feeling into a platinum hand-made ring. With recommendations by my trusted appraiser Steve Policastro from Southern CA Gemological Lab, I found Hay at Hay''s Jewelry in San Diego who truly listens to what I envisioned, and created this beautiful piece for us using 8.1 grams of solid 950 platinum!!!! (LOVE!!!!)

First let me present the lovely top view with elegant double prongs hugging the emerald cut diamonds..
