As part of my engagement ring process, I am sharing experiences I have had. I am doing so in pieces, as I have yet to take photos of the ring, for one big post. The ring I did purchase was a 1.56 ct SCHA from GOG set by Leon Mege. The ring came out great.

I was searching for Square Cushion H&A and was out of luck -- no inventory. I was just poking around Pricescope and learned of Whiteflash. I called up Whiteflash and was put on the phone with Bob Hoskins ([email protected]).
Whiteflash did not have what I was looking for. When I told them I was already working with another vendor for the SCHA, Bob was immediately gentlemanly about situation and wouldn't even suggest taking someone elses sale. Then, after fully knowing he did NOT have the sale, Bob spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions about diamonds: what to look for, 8-mains, square cushions, timing, etc.
Bob was very patient, informed and nice guy. I took advantage of situation to then email him and ask for more help in my final diamond decisions. Bob took the time to advise me -- he didn't ignore me at all. I mean, he didn't have a sale, didn't try to sell me anything, but was happy to to still provide good customer service.
I never discussed pricing with Bob so can't speak to Whiteflash's services otherwise from my own experience with Bob.
I am giving Bob a shout out given i) his patience, ii) his willingess to educate, and iii) personalized customer service.
