I guess 4 time's the charm! After searching ebay for months and having to return 3 rings for various reasons, I have finally found my ring! It was really such a blessing that the other ones didn't work out, because this one is so much more perfect than I could have imagined! Thanks to all of the ebay mavens of PS who recommended Maxhenri! Everything you said was true. He has beautiful pieces that end up looking even better then described! I still have to bring this ring to my jeweler to check out, but from what I can see, I am in love! It is so tiny and delicate and the workmanship is beautiful! It "sparkles like crazy" which is what he wrote in the listing. He was NOT kidding about that one!

So here is is! Approximately .3tcw (adorable little 1 pointers all the way around), 2mm wide, set in 18k. And amazingly, in my size 4!!!!! I knew it was meant to be! He said the diamonds were H SI or better (I'll know for sure when I take it to my jeweler, but after seeing it, I don't really care what the stats are! It's eyeclean, white, and super sparkly and I love it!!!!) I paid $289...to me that seemed like a good deal. What do you think?

I'm always put to shame by all of your beautiful photography. I lack the skills and the equipment but as soon as I put it on, I had to snap some iphone pics. So without further ado, here they are!!!

Here are maxhenri's listing photos, which show the detail of the setting:

And here are my hand shots! (I apologize for the state of my hands. I've been finishing up a lot of home improvement projects and I hate wearing gloves...of course all jewelry comes off for those projects.) I thought I would want to wear it as a RHR but I actually much prefer it in a stack with my ER and plain WB. I think having the plain band between them should keep the diamonds safe and it's very comfy that way. Once I add a few more rings to my RH stack, I may wear it on my RH, but it looks a bit lonely there all by itself.

It's beautiful! It goes perfectly with your other rings, makes for a very elegant look that I just love - I have a similar ring and love the versatility of it!

I took a look at your other threads and couldn't find anything about your gorgeous ering - it is stunning, would you mind telling us a little bit about it? More pics of your wedding set would be great too!

Thanks so much Junebug!
My E-ring is a RB in a custom cushion-shaped setting made by a jeweler in Philadelphia. The halo stones are approximately 1 pt each and the stones in the band are even smaller. I wanted a really dainty look. My left hand ring finger is a size 3.75 and I love the finger coverage from this ring! My WB is just a plain white gold 3mm band. I love that I can leave it on all the time and don't have to worry about damaging it while doing dishes, working out, etc.
The diamond stats are:
1.26 ct
H
SI1
GIA Ex-Ex-Ex
Table 59%
Depth 61.1%
Crown 34.5 deg
Pav 41 deg

My husband (then boyfriend) and I had lots of fun shopping together and we looked at so many diamonds over the span of a month before deciding on this one. This was before I found PS, and while I knew that I wanted an excellent cut, I didn't know about all of the intricacies withing the GIA excellent grading. After comparing at least 15 different ex/ex/ex stones, I fell in love with this one. It was actually between this and a G colored stone with a smaller table, but I preferred the look of this one with the 59% table and honestly couldn't tell the difference in color. I remember saying "I like how this one looks open". Once I started reading more about cut on PS a year or so later, I felt kind of bad about my decision and was a little embarrassed to post my ring here because of that. Once I acquired a AGS000 stone for my pendant and saw how a truly perfect cut stone performed, I actually felt much better about my e-ring! To me, the difference in performance is not huge, and I really like how my e-ring behaves. The flashes are bigger, and that appeals to me. It also has a lot of sentimental value and I'm glad that I was able to fall in love with it again and love it as it is, instead of feeling like I could have gotten something better.

Thank you for the extra pics, and your ering is gorgeous!!! Makes me wish I had gone for a cushion shaped halo lol! When I saw you had never made a SMTB thread on it, I was like "what the heck?"

And I am very glad to hear that you are feeling better about your diamond, because seriously there is no reason for you to be embarrassed about your stone at all! Your GIA excellent has a better cut compared to many diamonds out there, I am so glad that you gave your lovely ring the attention it deserves in this thread! Looks amazing on your tiny finger too!

Enjoy your new band, it looks great!

Beautiful band! Welcome to the eternity club!

Beautiful eternity and wedding set

Gorgeous set! your e-ring and the eternity band really look like they were made for each other, and your e-ring stone, especially with the cushion halo, is beautiful!

its gorgeous! So dainty - and it looks great with your other two rings!

what a great buy and gorgeous band!

My garden is blooming and I thought I'd try my hand at some flowershots. Happy springtime everybody and thank you so much for all of your sweet comments! You know the dangerous thing about pricescope and stacking in general is that it's so addictive! Now I just want to add and add to my stack!
