It''s amazing how such a small stone can grab your attention! I find myself glancing over every once in a while to see it sparkling... almost makes me want to get one of my own!

Thanks! She chose the setting and I chose the diamond. We both love it!

Circe: The diamond is a 1.211 ct G SI1 ACA from Whiteflash.

In case anyone''s wondering, the ring size is 4.5.

The maker is Giraux, they''re a jewelry store at the San Francisco Jewelrymart. They''re one of maybe a handful of jewelers there that I''d go back and buy more. We also bought this really nice (and also unique and different) eternity pendant from them.

She''s just going to wear the ring on its own. There was no matching band and due to the curve, it would be kind of hard to have something go with it. I like the simplicity of just the ring though.

The diamond seems pretty secure. If you look at the last two pictures, you can see that the prongs are beefy enough to hold it in place while not looking overly bulky. Time will tell though! I''m a bit more relaxed now that it''s been insured.
