My friend''''s 1.3ct princess e-ring. Thanks Mark at ERD!

I referred a guy friend of mine to Mark Turnowski at Engagementringsdirect.com recently and he ended up getting the most fantastic engagement ring for an unbelievably good price. I bought my e-ring from Mark (2ct round F eyeclean I1) this past spring and had such a great experience with him that I''ve sent several of my friends to him as well.

My friend hasn''t proposed yet but I figured I''d post his ring up for y''all to see.

He initially wanted a setting at Bluenile that was over 2G. Mark ended up making the same setting for about half the price.

So here''s the specs from what I remember:
1.3 H SI2 princess
EGL (yup - and it faces up very white, feather inclusion off to the corner and not visible. Unusually nice EGL stone, great price)
something like 70/70 table and depth

Setting is platinum with 1/2 ct of princess cut stones.

Thanks! I thought so too. To be honest, princess cuts aren''t my cup of tea - I''m more of a RB girl, but this ring looks just amazing! I think the setting really fits the center stone. I can''t wait until he proposes so I can finally see it in person.

yeah, they do look alot alike. Mine is actually a radiant but it is very square. I had a princess and just had it upgraded about 2 months ago.
