After months of online research and planning, my custom Mark Morrell 4-prong is finally ready. It incorporates details that were important to me with MM's fluid design and topnotch craftsmanship.

Hopefully my intended will love it when I pop the question (she doesn't know I have it yet).

There have been many people who have helped make my "project" come to fruition, but appropriately I'd like to thank everyone here on PS for their insight, advice and pretty pictures.

Thanks everyone for their kind thoughts, it means a lot. Not giving away the ring just yet, everything is being meticulously planned for later this month. The handshots will have to wait, I''m afraid.

Thank you all again for your kind words, esp. longtime PSers diamondseeker, skippy123, sandiegolady, coatimundi et al. I''m sure you have seen them all, and it''s very flattering to hear praises from the community experts/aficionados.

I''ve realized since I''ve gotten the ring that I''ve developed a strong affection for it. I guess in a way I''m treating it like a child (and children indeed cost a LOT of money). Am I going to have separation anxiety when I give it away? Will the new adopted mother appreciate it? I might need future therapy.
