I took oodles of pictures and could'nt even dare to capture the true colors of these beauties. Stats: 41 pearls, 8.4-10.8mm, 18", AA quality with high luster and little blemishing...... colors of Peacock, silver, silvery blue, pistachio, light lilac, green, silvery charcoal, white, cream,teal.......... I wish I could have seen a little aubergine in these...but in all honesty... It was dark here when I received them so I really haven't seen them in natural daylight.

I know I have raved about Pearl Paradise.........but I can''t say enough how thrilled I am that they went above in beyond. Jeremy was kind enough to look through many strands not yet listed on his site and it came down to 5 strands of which you can see what I chose. Before they where strung and the clasp was attached.......Jeremy wanted to see the strand I chose. He decided to replace a few of the pearls with rounder/less blemished pearls that he thought I would prefer rather than a few of the "butt" shaped pearls that I personally am not a fan of. That made me feel really special as I really did not spend alot of money and they treated me like I spent a million bucks! I really can''t say enough! Thanks Scott, Jeremy and the team at Pearl Paradise in case you are reading this!!

ETA: Previous to my Tahitian pearl quest, I bought an inexpensive strand of pearls from an Ebay seller that assured me that the item was exactly as pictured in the auction. WRONG! Once I received them, I didn''t expect much.....but sometimes you really can get some nice inexpensive items on Ebay.... so when I opened them...........EEEEW! They looked like grub worms!!

I usually don''t give negative feedback...but I did and you can see why. Here is a picture of the pearls with my new PP tahitians. Lesson learned........ just because the seller has 100% feedback doesn''t mean you are getting what you bid on! Later on I realized the picture in the auction was on several sellers auctions. (how did I not catch this??!!) The seller ended up refunding my money after I removed the negative ...but I still wrote the same feedback. I also told him to be warned that I will report him to Ebay if he does not use actual pictures of his items............. yadayada...... anyhoo... as I look at this picture, the grub pearls look better than they are IRL. IRL, they feel really light in weight and very brittle, amongst other things..........

the difference is night and day! your new strand is lovely!

Beautiful.
I love the way they put the real light colored one right in the middle. Looks great on your neck.

WOW, those are gorgeous pearls, cushion, but I especially love the grub worm description. When I was a kid, my dad used to chop wood, and for some reason, I enjoyed pulling the worms out and feeding them to my hens. The rings on those inferior ebay pearls definitely conjure up their fat little bodies. Thankfully, your new Tahitians look nothing like that, and they are just perfect on your neck!

I''ve been on a clasp kick lately (trying to make some decisions before knotting some new strands), so I was curious to see the one on your necklace, but in most of the pics, you''ve cleverly hidden it away! I think it''s a ball clasp, but do you have a close-up of it?

Well thank you! hahah... I really was not trying to hide the clasp...but it is the satin ball clasp in White gold. I will see if I have more pics...

I hope you can see the clasp in this pic.... these are pretty much what I have for now...

Those are GORGEOUS!! Although I DO like rings or bands in pearls as well, I can absolutely see the color difference in the pearls... DROOL.. Those look way better than the PP pictures. I also think the length looks perfect on you! How are you feeling about the length??

Please post natural daylight pictures when you can... and congrats on your lovely strand... now.. hmm.. what to wear with them? hehe!

ETA.. it looks like that ebay strand is chipping?? is it peeling? geesh!

Wow, CushionCutNut, they are gorgeous! I just love the way they look on your neck.

I started out unsure about baroques (several months back) but those beauties are changing my tastes. Thanks for helping to broaden my horizons.

Very beautiful!!!

Same here, logged in to agree with the crowd!!!!

These really are stunning, the colors are just incredible!!!

Those look gorgeous on you! It''s such a ringing testimonial for PP how nice they treated you and the fantastic quality that they deliver. I have serious case of pearl envy going on here.

They''re beautiful and look great on you!

I love them!

Thanks for the pic, cushioncutnut - it''s great how the clasp just blends in with the rest of the pearls! Gorgeous!

Those are lovely! They look so dewy and vibrant!

thanks so much everyone! Swedishbean... I too like the light circling........like soft serve icecream! I don''t like the deep grooved circling though...like the grub worm pearls.........LOL!!

I started a new thread showing how gorgeous these pearls are in the daylight displaying their true colors!! I have fallen in love all over again! I can see a little bit of the aubergine which I didn''t think it had any of that color...........and the teal pearls and the peacock pearls are just heavenly!!!!!!!!!!!
