My new 2 year anniversary set!

I've never posted any photos before but I thought I would share my new two year anniversary set. Hope you enjoy!

The basic stats of my diamond are as follows:

GIA Cert
Cut: Excellent (Blue Nile Signature Diamond)
Color: G
Clarity: VVS1
Carat Weight: .70
Culet: none

The solitaire was set by a friend of mine in platinum and the eternity band is from James Allen. (the "French Cut Pave Eternity")

I had never had a solitaire until recently but I'm enjoying wearing it with my eternity and all of the anniversary bands I've collected over the years. I think you'll love having a solitaire and being able to change out your wedding band choice for the day. You'll have to start collecting bands for special occasion gifts. It's a really lovely stone too. I just noticed that it's a G VVS1. Very nice!

I've had great luck with mine too. I was concerned at first because you hear about missing melee all the time. I'm contemplating getting the band for each side of my ering, but was afraid of looking to matchy matchy, but looking at your set, I'm swinging that way again. Your set looks beautiful, thanks for posting, I think I may be swayed!

wow, thanks everyone! i really appreciate all the lovely compliments! I am definitely loving having a solitaire, so many possibilities. I am looking into a plain platinum milgrain band as another option, perhaps for Christmas

as you can see the solitaire is very low set! sometimes this makes using other bands more difficult because of the gap but it really isn't very bothersome to me. this thin eternity fits the best of all my bands.
