Hello PSers! First, a huuuuge THANK YOU for this fantastic site. With your help, I learned just about everything a girl could possibly need to know about diamonds. After (somewhat obsessively
) lurking for oh-so long, i began my quest for the *perfect* center stone. I contacted a couple of different PS vendors who were very kind and helpful, but they simply did not have easy access to a large inventory.
So I contacted Mark at Engagement Rings Direct... and WOW!!! what a rockstar! Seriously, we chatted for a few minutes on the phone about what we were looking for, and he called me the next morning to tell me about what he found. He sent it off to our appraiser, and we could not have been more delighted to see this amazing diamond.
Next thing you know, Mark and HotBF are all sneaky working behind the scenes to make sure I had no idea the ring was even ready--so even though I was involved in the design process, i was shocked (in a good way of course!) when he proposed the first night of our Bahamas vacation. Starting the next morning and literally each and every day since, I have received compliment after compliment from friends, family, and complete strangers about my ring. HotBF (now hotFI) is so flippin'' proud it''s adorable, and I love love love it!!!
Of course i insisted that Mark design my w-ring too... so I sent back my e-ring to get some fab pics of the two together. You can check them out below.
Mark''s customer service is top-notch. Communication, responsiveness, professionalism are outstanding. Craftsmanship is phenomenal. Selection and prices are superb. We are sooooooooooooooooooooooo pleased. Thanks again everyone, enjoy!
