My New Timeline!

I was talking to FF this weekend and we were on the topic of presents. I teased him with his birthday gift (January) and I asked him if he would give me a hint on my upcoming birthday present (August) and he wouldn't budge. Then the topic somehow or another moved to engagement and I reminded him that he was supposed to tell me the month once he had decided. He said that he had decided and that he has the proposal pretty much figured out and is committing his proposal speech to memory! He decided on the month and is now certain that it will be *drumroll* September!! So I've got about a month and a half to two months of waiting, which is wonderful!!! (The other possible month was November) I'm so excited!

The thing is... now I have nothing left to probe him about! I already know the month, and that he has the ring, and that's all I want to know... so now... it's just the waiting!!

but at least you know! that is exciting and not too much waiting! I think there are many LIWs who will be getting engaged around the same time (myself included!) so we can all support each other! yay!!!

ditto slg. My bf also says we'll be engaged by the end of Sept. Who knows if he's going to wait 'til the last minute. We definitely need to support each other!!!

Wow, it will definitely be a popular time around here. I think mine will happen in Sept. as well (unless my bf decides to torture me, which is a possibility he keeps hinting at). Now we all just have to sit around and wait, hmph.

I've noticed that September seems very popular around here lately There's going to be a major influx of proposal stories soon, I can feel it in my bones! You ladies are all wonderful with the support!

My timeline is also September! Whoa there is going to be a lot of proposals and ladies moving up the list by the end of September!! YAY FOR US!

Seriously it's gonna be a crazy month! We just bought a ring so a proposal will be somewhat soon, however a bunch of our friends just got engaged so we may wait a bit for that to settle down. It could definitely be September...

So...I'm wondering how many of these guys are planning to use the Labor Day long weekend for the proposal. I sure hope so for all of your sakes! (is that even proper English?! ugh)
