My re-set semi bezel!!

OK! It worked (I am very shocked I actually figured that out

) here are some more......This one is with my wedding band (a 3mm version of the Tiffany Etoile band.....I found 4mm too thick)

You can see the design of the ring here - I based it on the Sholdt setting, I would say the bezel is definitely slightly chunkier, but I am pleased with the result....it really is soooo comfortable

My previous setting ( a temp. 6 prong setting) had a knife edge and I cannot tell you how much more comfortable this is

I know how you lot like flower pics, I''m afraid I have no flowers in the house at the moment, so I had to improvise with my basil plant.....

My finger size is 5.25 BTW and the stone is a 1.71carat. (7.78, quite a good size for the weight I think) It is GIA certificated and an I colour ideally cut, of course so she faces up nice and white

Sym and polish are both excellent.

I also love the shots with all your rings. My rings between the solitare and 5 stone are nearly identical. lol

The e-ring is a very bold, clean, and fluid ring. It''s modern, too, and a style that you won''t see coming and going for sure! Yours is quite large, but the setting style is so unfussy that it maintains an understated appeal. Nicely done! (It looks great as a stand-alone piece. The five-stone and scattered band could be stacked together on the other hand or worn separately depending on your mood or outfit).

I have always admired Sholdt designs, so I really enjoyed viewing pictures of your setting. Your diamond is so full of life and I think the bezel setting does showcase it well. I am happy to hear that the design is not only appealing to the eye, but is also comfortable to wear. It also seems like the sort of setting that you would not need to constantly worry about, which adds to its versatility.

Came back to take another peek at your set. Really liking it ALOT!
And no, No luck with a band. I keep leaning towards Tiffs Swing ring but am not totally sure.

Love the way the etoile looks with your e-ring as well. Goes together very nicely.
