For all the Pricescope users seeking where to purchase and set your engagement ring in New York City:
My fiancé proposed to me a few months ago with a ring that I could not imagine being any more beautiful! I still cannot take my eyes off of it and to this day, receive several compliments on the ring
I wanted to extend my gratitude to ERD for working with my fiancé on all of the fine details of the setting and I also wanted to share my experience with Pricescope users, as my fiancé and I were very reliant on the site when performing our own research on engagement rings.
We made several appointments based on popular recommendations on this site. Along with the quality of the end product, we also valued customer service and competitive pricing and therefore, decided to proceed with Mark and Theodore at ERD. Mark is very informative about diamonds in general and offers great advice without a ‘selling’ tactic. He is a down to earth person who listens to his customers and offers useful information that assists people in making decisions. Theodore, the designer, worked with my fiancé on a very tight timeframe to ensure that the CAD image of our preferred ring was exactly what we’d wanted before proceeding to set the stone.
Needless to say, when my fiancé popped the question and presented the ring to me, it was THE most gorgeous ring with THE finest detail. I thanked Mark and Theodore right away for not only designing such a classic ring, but for respecting my fiancé’s timeframe and putting such beautiful finishing touches to the ring. It is delicate and sophisticated, and looks even better than what I had imagined resting on my finger.
Knowing the research that my fiancé and I put into the perfect ring, we just wanted to share our experience with others out there who are seeking recommendations on where to purchase and set their engagement ring. I’m looking forward to purchasing my wedding band from ERD as well, and will post further on my experience with ERD to match my engagement ring!
I''ll follow up with a picture of the well crafted engagement ring - it''s an asscher stone with a delicate halo setting, which is smaller than other halos I''ve typically seen...a very elegant and delicate ring, most closely resembling the Harry Winston Micropave style, although I didn''t really think of it as such beforehand - from ERD.
