And it's a little beauty!

It's an 'I' colored WF Expert Selection that missed being an ACA only because it has 2 minure table scratches. I couldn't see them with my 10x loupe, so I pulled out my 30x and there they are. It's definitely a soft white, mid 'I', maybe eve on the low end. I'll be pairing it up with my 1.57ct I-VVS1 Eightstar to make a custom ring, so I was concerned about clarity. Bob sure didn't steer me wrong when I asked about the grade-making inclusions, they don't affect it at all. But you don't want to read my ramblings, you want pics, right?

I posted these before, but I'll show these pics here since this is the plan at the moment for this stone and it's Eightstar friend.

A ring from the same design as my pendant, except that the smaller end will curve inward like the larger end does on my pendant. Definitely a split shank like you see, but I haven't decided if the shanks will be milgrained or bezeled. Right now I'm leaning toward bezeled to match the pendant.

I was so not expecting that! I just have to say that I love your creativity. Now I am already imagining matching earrings but something small so it does not overpower the pendant and earrings. Did you not already have a couple of pairs of studs that were close in size? Maybe cannibalize one of those, and do something like 10p-20p-40p.

I like the way you think. I posted it somewhere here, don't remember where, but I'm already considering something along those lines. I'd do them as set of drops to be worn with whichever pair of studs I felt like, and that's where the .34 ct BGD's are probably destined. The sizes you listed might not be the right diameter, I'll have to choose that one the fly with Bob or someone at WF looking at the stones for me. The .34 ct's are 4.55mm diameter, so I'm guessing around .20 and .06 for the other two.

This will be a fun little project, probably for during the summer.
