Is this diamond a good choice? Does it seem eye clean? Has some small clarity issues on the very top of the diamond kinda wondering if this will be an issue to me or if I will not be able to see it unless magnified?

Also, will the H color be ok considering the size of the diamond? I have heard that AGS H color could actually be I color. Does anyone hear have A Cut Above or AGS diamond and care to chime in?

thanks

Look forward to hearing responses to this regarding color. I just bought an H color ACA as well and have seen it in person at their store but not in my ring. In store I could not tell a difference at all between G & H, barely and only from the side view (not face up) between F & H, and it became noticeable between E & H.

nate can u send a link to the ring u ordered???

thanks how did it look in person?

I actually was not able to order everything through WF because I was locked in on a setting they couldn't get. I tried to get them to order it but Michael M wouldn't sell one to them since they didn't carry the full line.

Here is a link to the diamond I bought to go in my setting. Looked great in the store to my unexperienced eyes. Definitely not as clear as the E color, but it faced up pretty white and both the symmetry and contrast were obviously superior to GIA stones I saw at another local jeweler.

Reason I'm interested in others responses is it seems H-I is close to the range you can start to notice a yellow tint. I didn't see that face up in the store, but I really hope I still don't once its in the ring and in normal daily lighting environments.

If you're just seeing a hint of color comparing it to an E in a store, you're probably not going to see to see it in normal day to day lighting.

You really cant go wrong with an ACA. An H may not be icey white but it should still be
a nice white stone.

but what about the clarity? did anyone look at the link to the diamond? thats the last issue I have with the diamond.

If they say it will be eye-clean, it will be =)
