Another ring I am looking to rehome as I downsize my collection ... Some may remember my journey to find, buy & set this beautiful untreated alexandrite several years back, but my lifestyle these days doesn’t have me reaching for it. And it’s far too beautiful to be holed up in the safe. I purchased it loose from Multicolour just before the prices really started to skyrocket on these amazing stones, and David told me then that he was about to increase the price on this particular one to reflect current market pricing as availability of quality alexandrites were dwindling, so I am offering it at my cost+setting: $3850. If I end up consigning, the price will likely be higher.
The ring was made by Amcor Design, is a size 7, 14k unplated WG, but unfortunately I do not have the diamond melee specs any longer, so to be safe, I would estimate them at G/H color & SI quality, though I see no carbon with my 10x loupe. IMO they provide a perfect twinkling frame for (without distracting) the vibrant green of the alex.
