My birthday is coming up and I need me a dress to wear!

I also plan on wearing it to my grandparents'' 50th anni/ first family reunion in 11 years. I found this on Nordstrom.com, love the style but it''s kinda pricey. So basically I need dress ideas. Or a skirt and top combo since I have issues with dresses sometimes (my top is smaller than my bottom)... don''t wanna be too fancy either! Yeesh. TIA!
