So my bridesmaid just got engaged recently! They are aiming for a May/June 2010 wedding.
Their budget is labout lowest 10k, hopefully 15-18k.
Here are some of the venues she really liked:
Bear Flag Farm http://www.bearflagfarmbride.com/index2.php Dawn Ranch http://www.dawnranch.com/
Sandrock Farm http://www.sandrockfarm.com/
She''s looking at this one on Saturday.

Unfortunately most of these are totally out of her budget range. She''s having about 100-120 guests. She doesn''t mind if the venue is all inclusive or fancy or anything like that as long as it''s outdoors, naturey and pretty.
She''s looking for any farm/garden/estate type places. She''s using the word "estate" very loosely as she''s not expecting anything grand or magnificent.
I pointed her to Here Comes the Guide but a lot of those cute gardeny places can''t accomodate 120 people. I could see her doing something outdoors, catered but simple, and if warm enough maybe even no tent. The basics. I suggested the Mill Pond in Soquel where my old boss got married but I guess the property was sold.
I think she''s probably have the wedding in the bay area/santa cruz area vs going all the way up to healdsburg or Napa since that can be pricier for everyone UNLESS she can find something really awesome.
Thanks for your help as always!
