Need Cute Ideas

Hi ladies!

So this weekend my SO and I had the cutest conversation and came up with something we want to do, but we need some suggestions.

His sister is getting married this fall and he is her "Man of Honor" (he''ll stand up with her on her side with the bridesmaids). So he wants to do something special for her and he''s not the type to make a big speech. So he wants to for both of us to sing a little duet at her reception. We''re both performers and everyone in the family loves to see us perform including his sister. He said he couldn''t think of anything more perfect then singing a little love song with his "future wife"(I know when he said that I was smiling so big my face could have cracked!) He saw a duet of "Getting to be a Habit with Me" on tv and thought that would be perfect.

Anyhow he wants to do an old Jazz standard type duet about love. Ideally one where the guy isn''t so excited about marriage but comes around in the end(b/c that''s perfect both for us and for his sister and her FH). We''ll have a friend play the piano for us and sing the song for them then he will do a special dance with his sister.

First what do you think? Second any suggestions on cute songs?

That is cute! I did jazz choir in HS so you''d think that I would know of something off-hand but I''m totally drawing a blank. The only thing that I can even think of right now (which doesn''t entirely fit the bill anyway) is When I Fall In Love. Lack of sleep has otherwise sapped my brainpower, LOL.

Oo! I do like that song. Nice! If anything else occurs to you let me know. Hopefully the friend who we''re going to ask to play the piano will have a few ideas too.

One more question for everyone....you don''t think the bride will be upset that we will be stealing focus just for a short time do you? I mean it is for her and she like to see us preform and she''s probably expecting something, and it is a cute lead in to the brother sister dance which she will LOVE b/c they are super close....just want to get a few mre opinions to be sure.
