Need help analyzing this diamond

Wow, idealscope is so red! I would reserve this before someone else purchases it! The cloud might be able to be covered with a prong, but I doubt it would even be visible anyway! It says its eyeclean. A beautiful stone.

And sorry for the slight threadjack, but I was looking at asets of other ACAs compared to this one, and I found a marked difference between 2 of them. I think this will help with diamondseeker's question. The first aset is more of a pale red, whereas the second aset (the stone diamondseeker is considering) is vibrant red.

Is one better performing than the other?, or just a different "look"? Both are a cut above, the first one is .9ct.

Different camera settings. Those diamonds are cut twins.

Aset shows strong green center with really dark blue arrows. Is that ideal?

The lab report also shows some minor cloud near the edge of the stone. I'm wondering why something that appears so minor on paper would result in a VS2 grade. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks!

That stone looks great! In addition to the clouds there is a note 'Surface graining is not shown,' which may have also contributed to the VS2 grading.

Here is another option. This stone is the same price (after Pricescope discount), but one color grade better:

1.215ct, G, VS2

Thank you! I was curious in the minute differences, if any, between ACAs. Getting caught up in the details I suppose ::) :read:

Any reason to be concerned about the deep green center? Would it affect light performance as oppose to have a red center?

No reason to be concerned.

This is just a result of differing pavilion angles.

Green center - under ~40.75degrees
Red center - over ~40.75degrees

Just a note for future readers with regard to a previous response about the Surface grain lines contributing to the VS2 grade.
In 99% of diamonds surface grain lines have little affect on the clarity of a diamond except to take it out of the Flawless grade, i.e. it would be Internally Flawless if there were not any other inclusions.

Agree with prior posters. Images just taken at different times.
