Hello, I am considering three diamonds from James Allen and would like opinions. Two are “True Hearts” and one is “Excellent” cut. They all are within a few hundred and I would like choose the most beautiful but hope to also get one of the larger of the three. I can’t see them in person so I’m hoping an expert can weigh in which would be the best option of the three. Thank you

Not an expert* so I'm curious what others think as well, but I'd go for #1

Thank you both very much for your replies! I ended up ordering the 1.02 carat diamond (with the 54.8 table). That one met all the Ideal proportions and also had the best ASET. I hope it will not look too much smaller than the 1.11 I was considering but from what I've read online a better cut can appear larger than a bigger carat weight.

CONGRATS!!! I am so happy you picked that one. It will be a little smaller but much prettier IMO. I don't care for the larger table as I don't like the large table reflection (the large circle in the middle), it just doesn't appeal to me. The table reflection on the one you picked looks like a little flower, so pretty! Actually, my SIL's diamond also has a 54% table and when I saw it I fell in love. That was my impetus to get the diamond I now wear everyday. Also, I don't care for the low crown height of the larger one. I think the profile is very blah and one dimensional. There are others that may disagree with me, or they just aren't bothered by those things. Some people will want to go for a very spread-y stone. And I was actually of that mindset many years ago when I wanted to get the largest stone I could. But I think I lost something aesthetically by sacrificing some of these other elements. I downsized that ring which was 3.29ct to a finer 2ct for these reasons. Your diamond is going to be gorgeous. I have ACA studs with 55 tables that are under a carat and while my friends have larger diamond studs, they don't compare. Mine are just way more captivating and noticeable, and that is what your diamond will be. Once it is on your hand, you won't even remember the other diamonds you selected. Can't wait to see photos!!!

I was hoping you'd pick that one! Excellent specs.

They all look fine. Pick cheapest be happy.

Thank you so much!! That makes me feel good about my decision. It's so hard not being able to see them in person and I have tried reading up about proportions but it's a lot to learn. I will definitely post pictures! :)
