Need help to get a ID jewelry PS quality diamond bracelet, thanks :)

I bought a 6ct tennis bracelet from ID jewelry last month, I asked for the PS-quality stones but they send me a non-PS quality excellent cut bracelet and didn’t charge me the PS-quality price premium. The diamonds on bracelet are nice and clear, but I compare it with a Costco diamond bracelet with similar carat weight, I found that it has less fire and sparkle than the Costco one
(Costco diamonds color are very yellow, around I-J, not recommend)

Anyone could help me to connect with Yekutiel? (his email?) I would like to return the non-PS quality bracelet and custom make a PS quality one, I will be happy to wait longer time to get a really shiny bracelet, thank you so much!

I would probably just call, I believe the number is on their website. I ordered a ring a few months ago, and calling was much quicker than email responses.
