Need Help withDiamond Specs

Can someone help me with my diamond specs? I just got it and It’s looking a little dull in the sunlight right through the table and maybe a little oily on the sides? Is it me?

First, never look at a diamond to assess its performance in direct sunlight. You can search here or online as to why.
Second if you run it through HCA you will get a nasty shock.
Third, can you return it?
