I'm in the process of selecting a diamond for a budget around $25K. Did a lot of research on diamond evaluation but need some second opinions

I found these two diamonds interesting.

Cut is most important to me so far as it makes a noticeable "sparkle" difference. I'm willing to sacrifice some carot size for that. Several people on forums have told me that the True Hearts/Astor Ideal cut is not worth the premium.

Would love to hear some other opinions/diamond suggestions

Thanks!

Click on this search and see a good sized group within your color, clarity and weight range that fit your budget and have AGS000 cut. If you are deeply into cut quality, then these may be of important interest you. https://www.pricescope.com/diamonds/SO66vw

Is there a better option for my budget?

There is a big price difference between E and G, so you need to think about which is more important to you. For me, I would rather have a smaller diamond in E color, but each person sees it differently.

For $25k, I would go with this stone. It’s a super ideal cut. Whiteflash is a great vendor and has a great upgrade policy (if that matters to you).

Do you think the difference in cut will have a noticeable difference in sparkle? It's almost a $7K premium for similar carot size and color

So, what you’re saying is that you actually want to spend around $18k. In that case, I would go with this stone.

And yes I think there will be a noticeable difference in sparkle.

Yes! I didn’t think so until I got some CBIs recently. The stones are incredible. Wall to wall fire and sparkle. Not like any else!

The budget is healthy, but you need to decide what your priority is. Is it the biggest diamond you can afford that is eye clean and near colorless? Or is it a slightly smaller diamond with high color and clarity? Also, do you want a super ideal stone or not? Once you know the answers to these questions, it will be easier to pick out a diamond.

Just throwing this one out there. I thought it was pretty.

My priority is having the most notable sparkle while being eye clean and as large as possible. If getting a super ideal stone will provide a noticably more sparkly Diamond, I’m willing to sacrifice size for that. I’m not in it for the mental satisfaction of knowing I have a super ideal. I care about whether others will notice that added sparkle.

would the three if these options fall into the súper ideal cut category?
